Monsieur, Je suis désolé et je comprends votre sentiment face à latitude inappropriée de cette personne en plein Covid. les règles sont pourtant claires et mon restaurant ne fait pas exception. Je vous pris à ce titre d'accepter mes excuses. "Les Châssis" ont mis en place toute une série de mesures pour respecter les principes d'hygiène pour être en conformité avec les règles d'aujourd'hui et vous proposent même la possibilité de manger dans votre Camion afin d'éviter un maximum de contacts en salle. J'espère que vous considérerez cette action malheureuse comme une faute passagère et retrouverai prochainement le chemin de mon établissement. Bien Cordialement Philippe AUBERT
